Cancellation / Refund Policy
There are no refunds, credits, or make-up classes except for valid medical reasons that prevent participation. However, this is not guaranteed and is arranged on a case-by-case basis.
Any credit granted expires 3 months from the date of issue. Some other conditions may apply.
If there is a concurrent term running, with permission from the director, you may attend a make-up class in one of the other classes for your level while you are actively enrolled in a term. Make-up class balance does not carry over into future terms.
There are no refunds or credits due to covid or other government-mandated restrictions, either due to closures or participant illness. If we are required to close, classes will be rescheduled.
If RRSC chooses to cancel classes, you will receive a full refund. Outdoor events will be canceled if there is rain, smoke, or strong winds, and you will receive a full refund.
Classes start at the scheduled time, and instructors must begin so as to not keep others waiting. Therefore to get the most out of your lesson, please arrive with adequate time (approximately 15 minutes early) to get your skates and gear on. If you need to get rentals as well, please plan for an extra 15 minutes.
For private or small group lessons, if you need to make a change, do so with at least 48 hours' notice, otherwise, you will be charged the full price of your lesson.
For group lessons, if you will be on vacation for 2 weeks or more, please write to rrsc@rollright.org with at least 2 weeks of notice to make arrangements. Decisions to issue credits or make-up classes are on a case-by-case basis.
Workshops:
After booking, in the event of cancellation, a $50 fee is held for each day of the event.
Ex: 1 day event = $50 cancellation fee. A 3 day event = $150 cancellation fee.
To receive a refund, less the cancellation fee: Cancel up until 48 hours before the first day of the event.
Cancellations within 48 hours before the first day of the event, will qualify for a credit, minus the cancellation fee. Credits expire 6 months from the date of issue.
If we need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Outdoor events will be cancelled if there is rain, and you will receive a full refund.
